Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are only accepted if the item is broken, defective, or of bad quality upon delivery.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.

  • Exchanges:

    • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, even without a specific reason.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference. In such cases, only an exchange can be made.

    • Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
